I have been going here for years and their food and service are always on point. My favorites are their chai latte with oat milk, the cocoa oatmeal for breakfast, and the chicken curry sandwich for lunch. It might seem pricey to some, but it's definitely worth the splurge for me. Also a tip to coffee lovers- they have coffee ice cubes! It's a great little spot for anyone who wants to work there as they have wifi available, but tables vary in size/space. Seating can be difficult to get during peak hours, but off hours there is plenty. It's also good if you want to bring a dog with you because they have outdoor seating. There's street parking all over, in front, down side streets...it's very accessible. While you're there go across the street to the vintage shops, you won't regret it.

Went on a random Sunday and the place is really spacious inside but still very cozy! Lots of seating. The staff are very nice and the food was delicious! I got a chai latte and the French toast. Would definitely come back to try other things.

Still my one of my favorite cafes. The ambiance is inviting, the cleanliness impeccable, and the flavors always burst with delight. This place comes highly recommended. The service here is always friendly and professional.

This coffee snob is not so snobby here. You can get a great cup of Joe here as well as non caffeinated drinks. The inside is pretty big with very high ceilings and plenty of tables. However, they fill up fast so you may have to wait a few minutes to grab one. There is also an outside patio on the sidewalk since the Pandemic. They also have a nice menu if your tummy is rumbling for a sweet or maybe a savory sandwich or salad?! Street parking only is free for 2 hours. Read the signs to be safe. The acoustics can get a bit noisy. They have a restroom in the back and if you're not happy with your drink they will remake it. *They have Gift Certificates available at the counter.

We love this place and usually come here to read on the weekends. We love that they have a beautiful public restroom, we love that there's always a table no matter how busy and we love the food here. When we initially visited for the first time it was solely for coffee and weren't too impressed. Coffee here is okay, but they offer a wide variety of drink options. But the sandwiches here are TOO good. Food is such good quality, tastes fresh, lots of bold and strong flavors. I've never had a chicken curry sandwich anywhere else and it's GOOD. It is usually very busy especially on weekends and sometimes parking is impossible, but if you can try to stop by. There's also so many baked goods that it's hard to choose from, cakes, pies and cheesecakes are gorgeous.

The food here is delicious. The service is very kind and the ambiance is that of creatives. I had the pleasure of coming here and having the French toast. It was absolutely delicious. The blueberries and texture of the toast were phenomenal. We also had the quinoa bowl which was tasty too. This place is worthy of our patronage and those outside of the area looking for a great cafe should come here. The Bean has everything that one wants and seems to be lacking in the LA area, but all that set aside, this place is awesome! Thanks
